Wingbro1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the Wingbro mobile application and the website wingbro.app (the "Service"), operated by Jan Horák ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Wingbro is a self-improvement and dating-confidence training tool: AI-assisted conversation coaching, a practice simulator, progressive real-world confidence challenges, and private progress tracking. The Service provides coaching suggestions and motivation — what you do with them, and how you treat other people, is your responsibility.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
4. Price
The core Service is free. We may offer optional paid subscriptions for premium features in the future; their price and scope will be shown clearly before any purchase, and purchases will be handled by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) under their rules.
5. Your account
You can use parts of the Service without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete Account).
6. Your content
Content you submit (conversations, screenshots, voice notes, photos, notes) remains yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. Submit only content you have the right to use.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- harass, stalk, threaten or deceive anyone, or continue contact after a clear "no";
- generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or violates anyone's rights or privacy;
- publish, rate or profile other people — the Service exists to train you;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or abuse the Service or its AI features;
- violate any law that applies to you, including anti-harassment laws.
Respect and consent are the baseline of everything Wingbro teaches. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
8. AI notice
Coaching content is generated by artificial intelligence. It can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your specific situation. It is not professional, psychological, medical or legal advice. Use your own judgment — especially in real-world interactions.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, branding, challenge content and software are protected by intellectual-property rights and remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights beyond personal, non-commercial use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature survive (IP, liability, governing law) survive termination.
11. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or outcomes of your real-world interactions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Czech courts. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
