WingbroIn short: Wingbro trains you — so your training data is yours. Most of it lives on your device. No ads, no data selling, no third-party tracking SDKs. AI providers receive only the content you submit for coaching, and you can delete your account and all server data at any time.

You can use large parts of Wingbro as a guest without any account. In that mode, your training records stay only on your device.
3. AI processing
Wingbro's coaching is powered by large language models accessed through OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc., USA) and speech-to-text through Soniox. When you use an AI feature, the content needed to answer you (for example the conversation you pasted, or your voice note) is transmitted to these providers to generate the response. We send only what the feature needs, and your content is not used by us to train AI models. AI outputs are generated automatically and can be wrong — treat them as coaching suggestions, not facts.
4. Notes about other people
Features like the roster and chat analysis may contain information about people you talk to. This content is private to you — it is never shown to other users, never published, and never used for anything except generating your own coaching. You are responsible for using these features respectfully and lawfully.
5. App permissions
- Photos / camera — only when you choose to upload a screenshot or photo for analysis.
- Microphone — only when you record a voice note in the Field Log.
- Motion — only to verify movement-based drills (e.g. the Slow Walk challenge); raw sensor data never leaves your device.
- Notifications — optional reminders; you choose in onboarding and can revoke any time.
6. What we do NOT do
- No advertising and no ad SDKs.
- No selling or renting of your data — ever.
- No third-party tracking or analytics SDKs in the app.
- No scoring, ranking or profiling of the people you meet — Wingbro scores your courage, nothing else.
7. Where your data lives
Our servers are located in the European Union (Prague, Czech Republic). Most training records are stored locally on your device. AI providers listed in section 3 may process submitted content on servers outside the EU (USA); such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards of those providers.
8. Retention
Account and server data are kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete it. Server logs are kept up to 90 days. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app or clear its data.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, the database is not publicly reachable, and access to production systems is limited to the operator.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@wingbro.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
11. Account deletion
Delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Delete account) or follow the steps at wingbro.app/delete-account. Deletion removes your account and associated server data.
12. Children
Wingbro is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process data of persons under 18; if you believe a minor uses the service, contact us and we will delete the data.
13. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
